If you contact us via the contact form on the website or by e-mail, your data will be stored for six months to process your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent.

Please note that, to facilitate the shopping process and fulfill the contract, the seller stores the user's IP data within cookies, as well as name, address, credit card number, etc. Furthermore, for contract fulfillment, we store the following customer data:

The data we collect from you is necessary to fulfill the contract or pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot enter into a contract with you. Another exception is the transfer of data to IT companies for marketing strategy development. In these cases, IP addresses are pseudonymized so that exact localization is no longer possible, ensuring the highest level of user privacy.
After the completion of the purchase, the data stored for this purpose will be deleted. Data processing is carried out based on legal provisions.
Data Retention Period
We retain your data as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected.
Personal data collected to fulfill contractual obligations is stored until the contract is fully executed.
Tax-related data from the contractual relationship is stored until the expiration of the statutory tax retention period (7 years).
Personal data used to protect the legitimate interests of the seller is stored until the purpose is fully achieved.
Further retention of personal data is only permitted if the user has given consent and has not withdrawn it. Extended storage is also allowed if the seller is legally obligated or required to do so by authorities.
