Delivery Terms

Delivery is available throughout the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia in cooperation with MBE.

Shipments are delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the moment the order is received, excluding weekends, holidays, or public holidays. Exceptionally, in the case of unforeseen circumstances, the delivery period may be extended, but in such cases, the maximum delivery time is 5 working days. Please make sure to enter all your information accurately during checkout, especially your contact number and email address, so that Impresa Missoni d.o.o. (Chillamas) or the courier service can reach you if needed.

The delivery fee is €5.25 per shipment, while the cash-on-delivery option incurs an additional €1.5. For orders totaling €50 or more, delivery is free of charge.

You will be notified of the delivery date via email, and on the day of delivery, you will be contacted by the courier. If the proposed delivery time is not convenient for you, you can arrange a different delivery time directly with the courier, following the instructions provided in the email.

If you are unavailable at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice of attempted delivery with all the necessary details about the shipment (tracking number, customer service contact number, time of attempted delivery, etc.). You can contact customer service within 5 days to arrange a new delivery, or the courier service may attempt redelivery, depending on their policy.

If the goods are not collected in time, and you have received a proper notice of delivery, you will bear all the costs related to returning the goods to Chillamas (Impresa Missoni d.o.o.) and any reshipping costs. An invoice for these charges will be issued and must be paid before the goods can be resent.

The ordered goods will be packaged to prevent damage during standard handling in transport. Upon receiving the shipment, the customer must check for any visible damage and immediately report it to the courier delivering the goods, refusing to accept any visibly damaged items.

The customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the order upon receipt. Subsequent complaints will not be accepted.
