Conditions for Refund
1. A customer acting in the capacity of a consumer may withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance or outside the business premises without providing any reason within fourteen working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
2. The withdrawal period begins on the day when the customer or a third party authorized by the customer, other than the delivery service, takes possession of the product. If the customer ordered multiple products in one order that are delivered separately, the period begins on the day the customer or a third party authorized by the customer, other than the delivery service, takes possession of the last delivered product. It is sufficient that the customer sends the withdrawal request within the stated time. The date of the postal shipment is considered decisive.
3. The request for contract withdrawal can be sent via email to info@chillmas.com or by post to the seller’s address listed below in this text.
4. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to customer specifications or personalized products. It also does not apply to sealed products if the seal has been removed after delivery. Lastly, it does not apply to products that perish quickly or have a short expiry date.
5. A valid withdrawal from the contract by the customer results in a refund of the amount paid for the product, including standard delivery costs, to be issued immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day of receiving the withdrawal notification. Upon withdrawal from the purchase agreement, unless the seller offers otherwise, the refund may be withheld until the goods have been received or until proof of return has been provided, whichever occurs first.
6. The refund to the customer will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, without any interest charges. Additionally, the seller will not refund any extra costs for special delivery options.
7. The customer must return the product to the seller without delay and no later than fourteen days from the date of submitting the withdrawal request. The return must be sent by post. The return is considered timely if it can be proven that the shipment was sent within the stated period.
8. The customer must return the received product in its original packaging along with all accessories to the following address:

9. The consumer bears all direct costs of returning the goods.
